For Farmland Hydro, Roberts & Schaefer provided preliminary
engineering design and mine planning for the green-field development
of the Hickory Creek/Brushy Creek phosphate beneficiation facility.
Environmentally permissible activities, directed by Farmland Hydro,
were based on preliminary results of the R&S project. As the
ore reserve, the environmental constraints, and the mine plan
were evaluated, the project's scope and deliverables were extended.
