construction management for a 1,200 TPH coal unloading, storage,
screening, and coarse coal washing plant at Utah Power/PacifiCorp's
Hunter Power Plant in Price, Utah. R&S furnished hardware,
architecture, installation, cell control integration, all programming,
and startup services.
The project scope included design of the system architecture,
hardware and software specification, control room design and construction,
design and construction of the I/O panel, PLC programming, programming
of cell control graphics, higher-level programming and MIS integration,
and programming startup and commissioning.
