Roberts & Schaefer was selected by American Aggregates to
perform multiple studies and evaluations to assist with benchmarking
their plant operations, identifying improvement options, and estimating
their associated costs. Also evaluated were control system improvements.
In many cases these recommended improvements were implemented
generating increased capacity at a minimal cost. Preventive maintenance
systems were also studied and recommended.
