As an addition to the original Bailey Mine complex, initially
installed by us in 1984, we engineered a second-stream raw coal
handling system with scalping screens and rotary breakers.
The addition made the Bailey Preparation plant the highest annual
production facility in North America. We completed the facility
within 11 months without shutting down the plant operation .
