For Ash Grove Cement Company, Roberts & Schaefer did on-site
evaluations of the company's Western Region cement plants and
selected terminals. R&S designed a system to enable the corporate
office to automatically download all plant and terminal loading
transactions. The system design also automates the sites' ticketing
operations. Ash Grove corporate staff implemented the system after
examining the study recommendations.
