Coal Processing Plant Relocation

Roberts & Schaefer prepared an economic study to determine
the feasibility of relocating a coal processing plant from the
western United States to a site in the Venezuelan coal fields.
The project involved cost estimates associated with dismantling,
transporting, reconstruction and refurbishing of the materials
and equipment. In addition, the existing facility was evaluated
to determine the operating condition of the process equipment.
