For an overland conveyor over five thousand feet long, North
American Coal Company awarded Roberts & Schaefer a turnkey
contract for complete project management, detailed engineering,
procurement and construction services.
The conveyor transports 2-inch x 0 clean coal from a preparation
plant to a railroad loading pocket at a rate of 1,200 TPH. The
conveyor is 42 inches wide and operates at 600 fpm.
