Netscape Users:

1. Right click on the file you wish to download.
2. A menu will appear. Select "Save Link As..."
3. A "Save As" dialogue box will appear. Select location where you want the file saved. Make sure this directory/folder appears in the "Save In" space at the top by using the drop down button and/or double clicking on folders in the window.
4. Check the "File name" box to be sure the name and file extension you desire appear.
5. Click "Save" button
6. A display box will appear while the file downloads and will close itself when complete.

Internet Explorer Users:

1. Right click on the file you wish to download.
2. A menu will appear. Select "Save Target As . . ."
3. A "File Download" box will appear followed by a "Save As" dialogue box.
4. In the "Save As" dialogue box, select a location where you want the file saved. Make sure this directory/folder appears in the "Save In" space at the top by using the drop down button and/or double clicking on folders in the window.
5. Check the "File name" box to be sure the name and file extension you desire appear.
6. Click "Save" button
7. The "File Download" box will reappear showing the remainder of the download process. The File Download box will probably close itself when download is complete, if not click the "Close" button.
