What is a CAPTCHA?

The distorted image or spoken audio of a few characters on our forms is called a 'captcha'. We apologize for having to use it.

Unfortunately, inconsiderate people have been flooding our support systems with spam. They do this by using computer programs to enter advertising into our forms. Your ability to interpret this image or hear this audio proves you are human.

A computer/ modem/ printer meets the definition of a telephone fax machine in accordance with U.S. Code Title 47, Section 227(a)(2)(B).
