POSVEN HOT BRIQUETTED IRON PLANT
Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela
R&S provided engineering and procurement for an ore and pellet
feed / blending system and hot briquetted iron stockpile, screening
and train loadout system at the Posven plant. R&S also provided
dust collection / suppression, water spray and sampling, all PLC

R&S furnished engineering, procurement, and construction services
at DR3 facility, including iron oxide screening, reduction furnace
feeder, product conveying, storage / reclaim, and ship loaders.
The reactive DRI required gas-tight gates on storage bins and

ILLINOIS RAIL MARINE TERMINAL
 St.
James Parish, Louisiana
R&S created this facility for processing coal, Pet & Met coke,
iron ore pellets, and DRI. More than 16,000 conveyor feet connect
the traveling grab unloader, traveling ship loader, barge loader,
rotary car dumper, unit train batchweight loadout and traveling
