Project Background
In 2003 Separator R&S was contracted by ISOVER S.A. to engineer, procure and construct an addition to their sand receiving yard and plant supply system.
Project involved the installation of a new storage bin equipped with discharge side dosing batch weigh feeder providing very accurate batch sizes. Batches of sand were conveyed via a box type belt conveyor to melting furnaces. System was totally automated.
Separator received quality citation from ISOVER S.A. for excellence in engineering and execution.
