SANDUSKY DOCKS CORPORATION
 Dust
Suppression and Stormwater Management
Sandusky Bay, Ohio
R&S created an automatic dust suppression and stormwater management
system to resolve environmental concerns from open piles of coal
in ground-level storage. Fugitive dust combined with stormwater
runoff created ponds which obstructed operations and might contaminate

HARRIS MINE - KOPPERSTON PROJECT
 Norfolk
& Western Railway Company
Kopperston, West Virginia
R&S served as the project manager and did the detailed engineering,
permitting and construction management for this $45 million dollar
endeavor. The goal was to create a coal handling system that would
combine coal from two separate production facilities, store and
load unit trains. Initially capacity was specified as 2 MTPY,
