R&S furnished complete project management, detailed engineering,
procurement assistance, and construction inspection services to
upgrade the coal-handling facility. R&S also provided the designs
for new structures, application of coal handling equipment, as
well as for a complete new electrical distribution system, controls,
system interlocks, instrumentation with alarms, annunciator, communications,

New Truck & Rail Loading Facility
Green River, Wyoming
Roberts & Schaefer developed upgrade options for new railcar
and truck loadout facilities to operate 12 hours per day, 7 days
a week, and 365 days a year at a rail loadout capacity of 2,600,000
tons per year and a truck loadout capacity of 450,000 tons per
