Environmental compliance and regulatory consulting assistance

the permitting phase, including air and water quality, RCRA/HSWA,

HARRIS MINE - KOPPERSTON PROJECT

& Western Railway Company
Kopperston, West Virginia
R&S served as the project manager and did the detailed engineering,
permitting and construction management for this $45 million dollar
endeavor. The goal was to create a coal handling system that would
combine coal from two separate production facilities, store and
load unit trains. Initially capacity was specified as 2 MTPY,

Waste Stabilization Facility, Utah
For this nuclear waste facility we prepared drawings and specs
for regulatory authorities and reviewed permit applications for
technical accuracy. Special requirements included lined material
handling tanks, dust collection, test lab, and personnel decontamination
