Project Management provides for the responsible execution of
the project's scope of work. It provides for all planning and
communications, maintains a close relationship with the Client,
ensures strict compliance with contractual requirements, monitors
quality assurance and control systems, maintains reporting methods
to assure accurate information flow, directs accounting and project
cost management, and responds to any an all execution issues.
The two projects below illustrate some of our vast experience
managing projects.
NORTH ROCHELLE MINE

Coal Company
Gillette, WY
R&S designed, furnished, installed and commissioned a
coal unloading, slot storage, reclaim and batch weigh train loadout
system consisting of a truck dump station with a 535 ton hopper
capable of accepting 240 ton dump trucks with material size of

Roberts & Schaefer provided engineering and equipment
procurement services for system upgrades to the coal handling
