Roberts & Schaefer Company designed and installed the first rail
car flood loading system in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming
over 30 years ago. Since then, batch-weigh technology has refined
the systems, optimized weight accuracy, and maximized the speed
of loading.
We have been a part of these advancements, applying this new
and continually improving technology to a broad range of facilities
operating at loading rates exceeding 9,000 TPH. As demurrage times
decreased, rotary rail and other rapid-discharge car dump systems
become mandatory, as well as sophisticated truck loading and unloading.
Barge loading and unloading systems further expand the ability
to address the varying requirements.
The facilities below shows our "Full Service" capabilities and
help to define our credentials and breath of experience.
