ROBERTS AND SCHAEFER COMPANY - How the world processes its resources

AGGREGATE PRODUCTION
Optimization and Automation

The automation of aggregate facilities can maximize productivity without reliance on manual observation and adjustment. It is unfortunate, but variations in operator skill can reduce plant performance and production.

Optimization and automation can be selectively applied to specific circuits, or to an entire operation to:

  • maximize crusher performance
  • monitor equipment diagnostics to identify problems before a breakdown
  • equally distribute power demands for optimal load sharing.

Roberts & Schaefer Company understands the balance between excessive complexity and operator capabilities. The ultimate goal is maximizing production at the most efficient operating cost.

Projects representing our experience are highlighted below.
